ZAZALAND Terms & Conditions. We ship Monday β Friday. All orders are shipped within 2 business days unless unable to ship due to some unforeseen circumstances we ask you to be patient. All orders are charged a $15 shipping fee.
We provide tracking but urge you to sign up for USPS informed delivery to track your packages. Do not ask us for tracking unless its been 3 business days after the day you placed your order. Weekends are not business days.
In case of any loss of product we compensate (partially or fully depending the situation) if the package says seized. If itβs lost in transit we will cover 50% of the order lost. If the package gets returned to sender and address on label is correct we will not reship it. If address on label is incorrect and you do not tell us the same day we will only offer partial reship. If it says delivered then thereβs nothing we can do.
The only accepted form of payment is crypto and nothing else. Let us know if you need any help with info regarding how to purchase btc or any other related questions.
No refunds if you decide to cancel order after payment is received as we cash it immediately. We will provide store credit.
No refunds or replacements for products that arent to your liking. If something you buy doesnt meet your expectations we will not reimburse you for it.
